




**Description:** We are seeking a senior Human Resources professional to lead the implementation, structuring, and consolidation of the HR department, with an initial focus on operations related to customs management. This strategic role aims to support the company's rapid growth by enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening organizational culture. The professional will act as a strategic partner to leadership, being responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and practices, actively contributing to building a more agile, structured, and results-oriented organizational environment. Responsibilities: Structure HR processes and policies, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, organizational climate, job positions and salaries, and other subsystems. Diagnose and restructure current practices, promoting actions aligned with the company's growth and transformation phase. Act in a consultative manner with leadership teams, contributing to the development of managerial competencies and the dissemination of a high-performance culture. Develop and implement competency-based management practices and succession plans. Ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices in labor compliance and HR governance. Use performance indicators and management tools to monitor and optimize HR process outcomes. Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Postgraduate degree/MBA in Strategic People Management, Leadership, or Organizational Development will be considered a differentiator. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. Proven track record in implementing or restructuring HR departments within growing companies. Experience in medium to large-sized companies, preferably in logistics, foreign trade, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
