Our team and fleet are our greatest assets, and we are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support and strengthen departmental processes—directly contributing to the attraction, retention, and development of our talent, especially truck drivers, who are fundamental to our business. Role Challenge You will serve as a key professional in executing and improving Human Resources processes. Your primary focus will be recruitment and selection, as well as supporting routines related to development, onboarding, organizational climate, and performance indicator tracking. Key Activities and Responsibilities: Execute and enhance HR processes, contributing to the organization and structuring of the department. Conduct recruitment and selection for truck drivers and other administrative and operational positions. Support the development and implementation of onboarding, training, and development programs. Monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance, assisting in analysis and improvement proposals. Assist in compliance with labor regulations (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT and the Truck Driver Law). Contribute to strengthening organizational climate and corporate culture. Carry out occasional travel to support recruitment processes or visit branches. Mandatory Requirements (Qualifications): Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Previous experience as a Human Resources Analyst. Experience in the road freight transportation sector. Practical experience in recruiting and selecting truck drivers. Knowledge of labor legislation, including the Truck Driver Law. Willingness to travel occasionally. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with HR management systems (ERP). Prior experience in mid-sized companies or departments undergoing structural development.
