




I am assisting a large company in the selection of an Administrative Coordinator. Main Responsibilities and Challenges (What You Will Do) The Coordinator will be the focal point in managing and controlling various critical areas, reporting directly to General Management. Responsibilities include: * **Process and Team Management:** * Planning, organizing, and controlling processes across vital areas: **Administrative/Financial, Accounts Payable and Receivable/Collection, HR/Personnel Department, Commercial Support, Billing, Logistics, and General Services.** * Direct coordination of a team of approximately **10 employees**, including alignment meetings and performance management. * Lead interviews and hiring processes to build a high-performance team. * **Financial/Commercial Decision and Control:** * **Credit analysis and order approval**, directly impacting cash flow and operational risk. * Analysis of performance reports, focusing on **strategic decision-making** related to payments and collections. * Authorization of material purchases, service contracting, and ongoing monitoring. * **Strategy and Compliance:** * Development and implementation of **administrative procedures and policies** to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance. * **Strategic interface** with Accounting, Tax, Fiscal, and Legal departments. * Recommend and implement **preventive and corrective actions** for continuous improvement in organizational performance, reporting deviations to senior management. * Preparation and submission of managerial and strategic reports to senior management. What We Expect From You (Requirements) * Proven experience in coordination or management roles, leading multifunctional teams (Finance, HR, Logistics, etc.). * Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, and HR/Personnel routines. * Strong analytical skills for report analysis, decision-making, and risk management (credit). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal departments and senior management. * Completed bachelor's degree (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields). * **Bonus:** Postgraduate degree or specialization in management.
