




**Administrative Assistant \- Purchasing** **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Qualify new suppliers; * Conduct quotations for purchasing diesel and hydraulic parts and materials; * Negotiate payment and delivery terms; * Issue purchase orders and purchase requests; * Send invoices and payment slips for payment processing; * Perform activities related to the procurement and fleet management departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Higher education in related fields such as Procurement or Logistics will be an advantage; * Experience in small and large-scale negotiations; * Proficiency in ERP systems; * Good communication skills and ability for strategic negotiations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proactivity and organization in work and tasks; * Commitment to deadlines and results; * Ability to work in a team and establish good relationships with suppliers.
