Construction cost management A well-established construction company, operating nationally on commercial projects, is seeking a **CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** to work in **Campo Mourão/PR** (\#1063\) **Responsibilities:** * Team management on medium-to-large-scale construction sites; * Planning and managing construction execution; * Thorough understanding of the company's architectural/engineering drawings and descriptive specifications; * Development and adherence to project schedules; * Ensuring smooth operations at the construction site; * Negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring contracts remain within budget; * Management of construction costs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in medium-to-large-scale corporate construction projects; * Proven experience in team management; Experience in industrial construction. * **Employment Type:** PJ \- ME or LTDA Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
