Technical and behavioral development through the Bourbon Academy Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Bourbon Cataratas do Iguaçu Thermas Eco Resort, located in Foz do Iguaçu \- PR. Responsibilities: * Perform food pre\-preparation, including separating seasonings and cutting ingredients as needed, * Assist chefs in meal preparation, * Assist in buffet setup, including restocking and organization. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Food handling certification; * Prior experience in this role. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in hospitality.
