Job Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive management of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, costs, documentation, and relationships with suppliers and leasing companies. Job Responsibilities: * Technical and financial analysis of corrective and preventive maintenance budgets for fleet vehicles across all company units, with approvals aligned with corporate guidelines and coordinated with the area manager. * Control of parts replacement requirements, procurement requests, price quotations, and purchase order approvals, ensuring parts availability and efficient resource utilization. * Proactive identification of new service and parts suppliers, commercial proposal analysis, technical evaluation, negotiation of delivery timelines and pricing, and performance monitoring of service providers. * Recording and tracking of all fleet operational expenses (maintenance, fueling, parts, traffic fines, insurance, etc.), supporting the preparation of managerial reports for budgetary control. * Monitoring of key performance indicators (fuel consumption, cost per kilometer, maintenance cost per vehicle, etc.), deviation analysis, and support to the manager in strategic decision-making. * Entry and verification of fueling data, control of expenses per vehicle and driver, calculation of average fuel consumption, and identification of deviations or wastage. * Monitoring driver behavior (speeding, harsh braking, idle time, etc.), identification of operational improvements, and support to management in developing corrective actions. * Control and updating of vehicle legal documents (licensing, insurance, ANTT), management of driver CNHs (Brazilian driver's licenses), registration of new vehicles in the system, tracking device control, and license plate management. * Tracking and inquiry of traffic fines by license plate, identification of the responsible driver, payment control, reimbursement processing, and application of applicable discounts, including issuance of recurrence reports. * Administration of vehicle leasing contracts, control of monthly invoices, monitoring of fines associated with leased vehicles, and relationship management with leasing companies. * Direct support for strategic and operational demands, participation in action plan development, data and managerial report analysis, interaction with suppliers and other internal departments, contributing to efficient nationwide fleet management. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with the FROTA 162 and Cobli fleet management systems.
