Moreover, we never stop preparing and reinventing ourselves — that’s why we possess something no one else has: **total commitment to our customers**. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Map and analyze operational and administrative processes; * Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement; * Support process standardization and documentation; * Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects; * Collaborate with business areas to implement new workflows and practices; * Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments; * Use process modeling and management tools (BPMN, SIPOC, among others) **Requirements and Qualifications** Desired Tools and Knowledge * Process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, ARIS); * Intermediate/advanced Excel; * Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies; * ERP and corporate systems knowledge is desirable; * Looker Studio and Tableau knowledge is desirable; Behavioral Requirements * Analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Focus on continuous improvement; * Adaptability and fast learning ability; * Inquisitive, investigative, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualification * Certifications or courses in BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
