Monitor and review machining and welding fixture design projects in specialized software (SolidWorks) to prevent errors and propose improvements; Monitor and develop production processes for part manufacturing, specifying the machines and tooling to be used; Modify and correct manufacturing process failures; Prepare technical documentation (machine performance data records, control sheets, procedure manuals, technical reports, etc.); Provide technical support, train, and supervise process and machining teams; Develop improvements and implement new practices to increase productivity; Evaluate machine tool breakage reports to prevent future occurrences; Optimize industrial processes, define cycle times, methods, and work procedures, and formulate strategies for problem resolution and continuous improvement; Map activity workflows and identify defects; Analyze and resolve production-related issues; Analyze RNC (Non-Conformance Report) approvals. Preferred Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SolidWorks and Edgecam. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract. Salary: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month.
