Job Summary: Responsible for greeting and assisting clients and estimators, handling telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing collections, and overseeing the clinic's daily cash flow. Manage collections and daily cash closing Greet, approach, and provide support services to clients and the Estimator. Handle telephone inquiries and provide information regarding the clinic, contracts, and service provisions. Schedule estimates or appointments. Assess clients' needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person. Organize information and plan daily tasks. Collect payments from delinquent accounts. Schedule patient follow-ups one week later or as directed by the specialist; if no time slot is available, coordinate with the Estimating Dentist for an appointment slot. Receive payments for all contracts and private procedures, immediately record them in the system, and issue payment receipts to patients, ensuring successful completion of the process. Confirm appointments daily one day prior to the scheduled date and time. Perform daily cash closing by verifying all entries and payment methods in the system, ensuring all receipts and cash are accounted for.
