Job Summary: Professional to assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring construction projects, ensuring execution and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Active interface and communication between construction site teams and the office. * **Planning and Organization** * Assist in developing and monitoring **physical\-financial schedules**. * Support **procurement planning** and material/service requests. * Control **deadlines** and record progress against the schedule. * Organize and update technical and administrative project documentation. **2\. Field Monitoring** * Conduct **construction measurements** (quantitative and qualitative) for verification against design documents. * Assist in **supervision** of work execution, verifying compliance with design and technical standards. * Support **service inspections** prior to approvals and payments. * Collect photos and information for reporting. **3\. Reporting and Controls** * Prepare **daily or weekly reports** on activity progress. * Monitor **costs**, comparing budgeted versus actual expenditures. * Complete and update **quality and safety checklists**. **4\. Interface and Communication** * Support engineers/supervisors in **site meetings** (SCRUM, alignment sessions). * Relay information among site teams, office, and suppliers. * Assist in **design coordination** with execution teams. **5\. Standards, Safety, and Quality** * Verify that work complies with **Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs)** and internal procedures. * Support verification of compliance with **safety rules**. * Ensure received materials meet technical specifications. **Proactivity is essential.** **Basic knowledge of construction execution.** **Construction site experience** **Basic knowledge of engineering design** **Proficiency in CAD platforms for surveys** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM 3\.500,00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month
