RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and prospect new cooperative members; * Conduct external visits for prospecting and developing new business opportunities. * Manage the portfolio of cooperative members, monitoring performance, delinquency, and satisfaction levels; * Conduct maintenance and loyalty-building visits to cooperative members. * Market financial products and services, such as credit, investments, insurance, and others; * Prepare, register, and monitor credit proposals; * Monitor and manage delinquency; * Suggest improvements and support the development of new products and services. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Proficiency in computer applications; CPA certification will be a plus **Benefits:** Seniority Bonus, Childcare/Babysitting Allowance, Education Allowance, Health Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher
