Digital Product and Engineering Coordinator

Job Summary: Lead the strategy and execution of digital products, ensuring alignment with company goals and coordinating engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate team development and ensure engineering best practices Description: * Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields); * Experience in digital product management and/or technical leadership of engineering teams; * Solid knowledge of PHP programming; * Experience with unit testing (PHPUnit), message queues, containers (Docker), and SQL query optimization; * Hands-on experience with AWS environments; * Knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap); * Experience with Angular 2\+ (a plus); * Experience with asynchronous processing in PHP (a plus); * Analytical ability to make data- and KPI-driven decisions; * Strong communication skills, collaborative leadership, and results orientation; * Organizational skills and excellent time and priority management; * Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) is desirable. * Define and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals; * Make autonomous, data-driven decisions, leading product discovery and delivery alongside the team; * Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment; * Integrate market insights, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and enhance the product; * Monitor and act upon KPIs and financial results, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement; * Ensure execution of the area’s financial planning and budgeting; * Take ownership, solving end-to-end problems and fostering cross-functional collaboration; * Anticipate risks and maintain alignment with leadership and stakeholders; * Manage time and priorities, balancing strategic and operational (hands\-on) responsibilities as needed; * Lead and safeguard engineering processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and standardization; * Establish and monitor deadlines and quality of technical deliveries; * Coordinate team development, tracking progress, performance, and deliverables; * Assign personnel based on profile and project complexity; * Resolve technical issues by proposing efficient and sustainable solutions; * Support technical planning and backlog prioritization for engineering; * Ensure best practices in testing, version control, and deployment in AWS environments. 2512010202191839762
