Leadership of in-house and outsourced teams JOB \| CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (ENGINEER) **On-site work – various locations (as per project requirements)** **We are hiring a Construction Coordinator to manage and supervise construction projects.** * **Compensation: BRL 8,000.00 (negotiable)** **Permanent position** * Allowance: fuel and meals (as per project requirements) Work Schedule: * **44 hours per week** * No work on Saturdays * Overtime compensated via **time banking** Requirements: * Degree in **Engineering** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in medium- or large-scale construction projects * Personal vehicle * Availability for on-site work Preferred Qualification: * Experience in **photovoltaic power plants** Responsibilities: * Coordination and management of construction projects * Planning and monitoring of physical-financial schedules * Preparation and monitoring of budgets * Field activity supervision * Leadership of in-house and outsourced teams Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 8,000.00 – BRL 10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold an Engineering degree and have at least 2 years of experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects? * Are you available to work on-site in various locations as required by the project, particularly in the Northeast region, and do you have a personal vehicle? * Have you directly coordinated/managed construction projects (physical-financial scheduling, field supervision, and team leadership)?
