Attention to Detail** Reads and records data accurately, identifies inconsistencies, errors, misreadings, or potential fraud. **2. Analytical Ability** Interprets indicators, charts, and consumption histories; identifies abnormal variations and possible causes; compares data to validate accurate billing. **3. Organization and Discipline** Carries out periodic routines for reading and validating databases, closing and validating billing, and maintains files, reports, and evidence up to date. **4. Clear Communication** Explains discrepancies, billing corrections, period-to-period variations, and their impact on clients. Explains variations in detail to clients, maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their perspective, and always aiming for mutual agreement. **5. Problem Solving** Resolves measurement discrepancies, proposes adjustments, escalates maintenance needs, corrects system and process failures, and helps prevent losses. **6. Ethics and Reliability** Handles sensitive data directly impacting billing, requiring confidentiality, impartiality, and technical rigor. **Required Knowledge** * Advanced Excel spreadsheets, including charts and pivot tables (VBA and Macros are a plus). * Basic Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. · Basic knowledge of legislation and tariff regulations. * Development of financial indicators. * ERP knowledge, especially Protheus, is also considered a plus. **Education Level and Job Characteristics** · Completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. · 100% on-site position. · Minimum two years of experience (internships included). · Experience in billing areas is a plus.
