Supervise sampling, lime application, and transportation of samples for analysis, ensuring correct execution of procedures. Conduct and monitor genetically modified organism (GMO) testing and other laboratory analyses as required by market demands and regulatory standards. Enter data into the management system and generate daily reports on the quality of received and shipped products. Classify products stored in silos and bulk storage facilities, monitor results, and report any deviations to enable corrective actions. Monitor stored product thermometry, perform periodic readings, and provide information for strategic inventory decision-making. Provide support to cooperative members and producers, advising them on classification standards, receiving procedures, and required quality criteria. Maintain proper functioning of classification equipment through regular inspections and timely maintenance requests when necessary. Monitor product storage conditions, checking factors such as ventilation, temperature, and humidity in storage areas. Assist in training staff on proper handling of agricultural products and correct use of classification equipment. Consult with the immediate supervisor regarding tasks to be performed, ensuring execution within the established schedule. Guide the team and monitor correct process execution. Conduct internal quality control audits to ensure all procedures comply with cooperative and regulatory authority standards. Advise users on equipment operating conditions and usage to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns or failures.
