**Main Activities:** * Coordinate operational activities related to planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting. * Supervise field teams and machine operators. * Monitor pests, diseases, and crop conditions, requesting necessary corrective actions. * Develop schedules and work plans in collaboration with management. * Control the use of inputs, implements, and machinery. * Monitor and record productivity and performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and good agricultural practices. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in grain farming (soybeans, corn, among others). * Knowledge of agricultural machinery and planting and harvesting systems. * Familiarity with precision agriculture and farm management systems. * Leadership skills in managing operational teams. * Must be available to live on the farm. * Must be available to relocate to Mato Grosso state in company housing.
