





Job Description: * Specialization/MBA (completed) * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in team management and credit recovery activities (Sicredi) * Knowledge of credit, credit analysis, and credit recovery; banking legislation, with emphasis on legislation applicable to all stages of the Credit Cycle; Credit Risk and Credit Policies; Credit pricing mechanisms and trends in finance and credit; Financial Market; Broad business perspective; People Management; and Credit Pricing. * Responsible for the cooperative’s credit recovery efforts, including proposing collection strategies and overseeing centralized and decentralized recovery processes, judicial proceedings, evaluating performance indicators of collection agencies and branches, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations related to credit recovery, and participating in the cooperative’s most complex and strategic negotiations. * Propose and implement innovative solutions for collection and credit recovery initiatives. Define technical implementation solutions and oversee the execution of the credit recovery strategy (systems, processes, data sources, etc.). * Monitor and disseminate credit recovery performance indicators. * Continuously manage the delinquent portfolio by analyzing performance indicators to identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve the effectiveness of collection and credit recovery processes. * Propose and facilitate capacity-building and technical development initiatives for activities related to Credit Recovery and the sustainability of the credit portfolio. Support the development of training plans through analyses, preparation of training materials, lectures, seminars, and events. * Collaborate with departments interdependent to collection and credit recovery activities. Provide support to branches on matters related to collection controls and indicators. Participate in branch meetings, lectures, and training sessions. * Produce managerial reports focused on developing and managing the credit recovery portfolio, conducting technical analysis of indicators. Periodically report analyses and reports to collegiate bodies and administrative organs of the Cooperative, aiming at sustainable business development. * Support the commercial area regarding credit products to enhance business performance. Analyze member portfolio performance, assess market share, and other available indicators, and generate alternatives for developing new business opportunities. 2512060202191907213
