Availability for travel. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services and operation of all air conditioning equipment installed at the facility, in compliance with technical specifications and standards set by environmental protection, quality, health, and safety departments; · Develop and implement maintenance plans and routines for air conditioning equipment, in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and using techniques that ensure indoor air quality as required by current legislation; · Implement improvements to existing installation projects, aiming to reduce energy consumption and preserve the environment; · Install and maintain electrical control systems and control panels for air conditioning equipment, according to specific project requirements; · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, operation, and installation of mechanical components of building automation systems; · Install, replace, expand, modify, inspect, swap, and restore components of air conditioning systems, using appropriate equipment and tools; · Use computer programs and applications in performing job-related tasks; · Work safely, complying with occupational safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE); · Prepare sketches and cost worksheets, calculating materials and components for new installations and/or renovations; · Install air conditioning systems; · Prepare technical reports and drawings; · Maintain, clean, and ensure proper operational status of instruments, equipment, and work areas, observing requirements for special devices and other equipment related to hygiene and process control; · Monitor electromechanical interventions, motor pumps, and electric motors—including assembly and disassembly—following standardized procedures, performing repairs, cleaning, calibration, and verification of controls and electrical protection systems; · Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and higher-level instructions; · Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support.
