Activity * Act as a support to senior management and other employees regarding compliance with Good Practices, data integrity, Continuous Improvement, and process efficiency, providing technical and organizational assistance; * Participate in the organization, development, and execution of stability studies; * Develop and review procedures, manuals, specifications, work instructions, and other documentation relevant to quality control; * Actively engage in the process, ensuring timely delivery of agreed-upon outputs through execution and/or monitoring and/or verification of internally or externally performed activities, and guaranteeing physical or system release of such outputs; * Collaborate with senior management to develop budget plans enabling the execution of quality control analyses, ensuring adequate resources for laboratory activities; * Perform routine analyses, maintaining data integrity, and assist in investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) results; * Ensure adherence to schedules for stability studies, environmental monitoring, and other quality control-related studies through activity tracking; * Develop and/or supervise investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS)/Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, non-conformities, and product/materials return/rejection processes; * Assist other departments in developing new raw materials and suppliers; * Support the professional development of other analysts, both in their daily tasks and in their overall career growth; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position upon request; * Carry out responsibilities in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental protection standards and procedures; * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and training sessions when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, or as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Perform responsibilities in alignment with Maxinutri’s culture related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring products are manufactured and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions ensuring Food Safety, in accordance with Maxinutri’s culture, applying Food Defense and Food Fraud standards established by the Quality Department; * Conduct responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines internal norms, guidelines, and rules.
