Resolution of daily technical and operational issues CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL MANAGER | PJ Salary to be negotiated . Location: Curitiba and Metropolitan Region. . REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Diploma in Building Construction. With experience in construction supervision. . RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, coordinate, and monitor all construction phases from inception to handover. Supervise execution by contractors/service providers. Plan and monitor physical schedules; plan and schedule materials, supplies, and equipment. Perform quantity take-offs and budgeting; identify suppliers and service providers; manage inventory; conduct periodic measurements of contractors’ and service providers’ work. Ensure compliance of execution with design documents and standards. Adhere to established procedures. Address daily technical and operational issues on site. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain cleanliness and organization at construction sites. . WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30.
