




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling the execution of construction works and projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and compliance with technical and safety standards. Leads teams and acts as a liaison among stakeholders Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling the execution of construction works and projects, acting as a liaison between clients, technical teams, suppliers, and company management. Ensures compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, technical, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the implementation and commencement of new works and contracts; * Plan, monitor, and supervise work execution, ensuring alignment with the plan; * Develop, monitor, and control physical\-financial schedules; * Control costs, resources, and deadlines, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Develop action plans for schedule recovery and coordinate team implementation of such measures; * Size resources (labor, materials, and equipment); * Coordinate site supervisors, technicians, and other involved professionals; * Define goals and deadlines, and monitor progress across work fronts; * Monitor measurements, approve invoices, and manage service provider contracts; * Schedule and control payments in the TOTVS RM system, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines; * Request, verify, and support procurement of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring budget compliance; * Develop and maintain a database to continuously improve the budgeting process; * Support preparation of commercial proposals when required; * Prepare drawings and/or propose technical solutions where applicable; * Guide the team on key milestones and bottlenecks in schedules; * Attend and lead technical meetings with client teams and customers; * Participate in alignment meetings with clients and senior management; * Act as an interface between the contractor and its clients, providing technical and administrative support; * Ensure organization, confidentiality, and compliance of administrative and financial processes; * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and awareness campaigns; * Safeguard employee health, safety, and well-being; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards; * Enforce all internal and external safety rules and regulations; * Willingness to travel. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in coordinating construction works and projects; * Knowledge of budgetary control and physical\-financial scheduling; * Experience with TOTVS RM; * Experience with MS Project; * Experience with BI; * Knowledge of technical, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and team management; * Organization and planning; * Analytical ability and strategic vision; * Clear and assertive communication; * Decision-making and problem-solving; * Interpersonal skills and customer focus.
