**Mandatory Requirements:** * Must be located in Maringá - PR for this position. * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Toolmaker. **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds and fixtures, ensuring proper operation to meet production targets. * Assess worn or damaged components, performing necessary adjustments, replacements, and repairs. * Operate machine tools (e.g., lathes, milling machines, grinders, EDM machines, drills, laser welding equipment) and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, hardness testers). * Interpret technical drawings and develop solutions for mold and part repairs and improvements. * Perform polishing, heat treatments, manual adjustments, and other high-precision interventions. * Record and track performed activities in work orders and maintenance systems, ensuring traceability. * Support internal departments in product adjustments and propose constructive improvements to parts and processes. * Participate in root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen), proposing solutions that reduce failures and optimize costs, safety, and quality. * Comply with quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, safeguarding physical, environmental, and occupational integrity. **Desirable** * Technical/vocational training in Toolmaking. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 900.00; * Attendance-based Profit Sharing Program (PPR): BRL 1,000.00 paid in October and BRL 900.00 paid in March; * Gympass; * On-site meals; * Unimed Health Plan – (Monthly fee: BRL 66.00 per person; 50% co-payment; consultations cost BRL 28.53); * Odontoprev Dental Plan (Monthly fee: BRL 14.00); * Language learning platform (available after 12 months); * Partnerships with educational institutions (available after 12 months); * Life insurance.
