Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to identify, assess, and control occupational hazards, ensuring employee health and physical integrity as well as regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with legislation and internal safety regulations We are hiring an Occupational Safety Technician for a large-scale operation, tasked with promoting employee health and physical integrity through identification, assessment, and control of occupational hazards, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal safety regulations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, assess, and propose measures to neutralize or eliminate environmental hazards; * Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive and corrective actions; * Monitor and supervise compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal procedures; * Manage and advise on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Conduct routine inspections of workplaces; * Prepare technical reports, safety indicators, and statistics; * Deliver mandatory training sessions and prevention campaigns; * Support implementation and maintenance of programs such as PGR, PCMSO, and other legal requirements; * Participate in internal and external audits. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Valid professional registration (where applicable); * Proven experience in the field; * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH); * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and strong communication skills. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Ethical conduct; * Ability to guide and influence others. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Current certifications and courses on NRs (NR\-01, NR\-05, NR\-06, NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-33, NR\-35\); * Experience with safety management systems; Shift availability: ADM (08:00 to 17:00\) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.300,00 * On-site meal * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.150,00 * Shuttle service * Location: São José dos Pinhais \- Renault Factory * Profit-sharing bonus: R$ 3100,00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education:* Occupational Safety, Technical Course
