




Job Summary: A professional to coordinate security teams, manage OSH programs, deliver training, and conduct audits and expert assessments. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate security teams and develop educational materials 2. Comprehensive management of occupational safety and health programs 3. Conduct expert assessments, inspections, and continuous improvement of OSH **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate safety technicians, define goals, and evaluate performance. * Deliver NR training courses (NR\-35, 33, 10, etc.) and develop educational materials and awareness initiatives. * Manage the PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPP, and submission of events to **eSocial** (S\-2210, 2220, 2240\). * Conduct internal audits to ensure continuous improvement of the OSH management system. * Investigate accident causes, monitor frequency/severity rates, and apply the **PDCA** methodology for action plans. * Conduct expert assessments and inspections, prepare technical reports, and support judicial proceedings. * Monitor transportation insurance policies and emergency action plans. * Conduct technical visits across various operational units. * Monitor occupational medical examinations and control absenteeism indices (illnesses and absences). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active MTE registration; * Advanced Excel (Google Sheets); * Knowledge of labor laws; * Experience in Waste Collection is desirable; * Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel.
