**Responsibilities:** \- Lead building maintenance team \- electrical, civil, and refrigeration; * Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities; * Monitor and evaluate performance of systems and devices, identifying needs for preventive maintenance and performing adjustments or replacements as required; * Respond to unexpected equipment failures by taking prompt and effective actions to minimize impact on production; * Monitor maintenance department performance indicators, such as equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and adherence to deadlines; * Develop and update maintenance plans for various types of equipment and facilities; * Ensure preventive maintenance plans are properly implemented to avoid unplanned and prolonged shutdowns; * Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, in compliance with safety and environmental standards and procedures; * Maintain constant communication with operational areas and other departments, such as production and quality, to understand maintenance needs and align action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery; **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
