Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Painter with experience in liquid painting for surface preparation, paint catalysis, equipment operation, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as an industrial painter and in liquid painting 2. Technical knowledge of paint preparation and application 3. Proficiency in setup and operation of painting equipment **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare metal surfaces and parts for painting by performing activities such as cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and masking; * Perform correct paint catalysis according to manufacturer specifications and environmental conditions; * Carry out setup of painting equipment, adjusting parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and fan width according to part type and required finish; * Operate liquid painting guns and equipment (conventional, airless, or HVLP), ensuring uniform application and compliance with quality standards; * Monitor paint thickness, adhesion, and finish by conducting visual inspections and using measuring instruments when necessary; * Perform minor adjustments and preventive maintenance on painting equipment, contributing to process continuity and safety; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety, hygiene, and good operational practices; * Conduct rework and corrections when necessary, ensuring final product conformity. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as an industrial painter, with focus on liquid painting; * Technical knowledge of surface preparation, catalysis, dilution, and paint application; * Proficiency in setup and operation of painting equipment, including reading technical data sheets and process parameters; * Ability to perform simple maintenance on painting guns and systems; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and safety; * Technical or vocational training in industrial painting is desirable. **Additional Information:** Easy access to the Afonso Pena neighborhood in São José dos Pinhais Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
