Job Summary: Professional to work in technical sales, environmental licensing management, compliance, auditing, and training, with emphasis on sustainability and regulatory compliance. Participation in environmental audits and training Responsibilities: * Commercial and Strategic * **Technical Sales:** Identify business opportunities, conduct client diagnostics, and develop robust commercial proposals. Licensing Management (The "Core" of the Role) * **Agency Interface:** Directly liaise with the **IAT** and municipal environmental departments. * **Documentation:** Prepare technical studies, submit applications, and—most importantly—**manage deadlines and conditions** to prevent client penalties. Compliance and Operations * **Federal Obligations:** Monitor the **RAPP (IBAMA)** and the **MTR** (Waste Transport Manifest) system. * **Traceability:** Ensure full legal compliance across the entire waste and effluent lifecycle. Auditing and Quality * **Verification:** Conduct internal/external audits based on standards such as **ISO 14001**. * **Corrective Action:** Identify non-conformities and develop action plans to resolve them. Education and Training * **Capacity Building:** Translate complex environmental legislation into practical knowledge for clients and teams through hands-on training on waste management, licensing, and environmental education. * **Client Retention:** Maintain relationships with the client portfolio and expand service offerings. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Environmental Management, or related fields; **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of environmental management systems; * Experience in consulting with a commercial focus; * **Proven experience in environmental consulting**; * Practical experience in environmental licensing (IAT and/or equivalent agencies); * Experience with RAPP, MTR, and environmental compliance obligations; * Experience in environmental audits; * Availability for technical visits and client support; * Excellent technical communication skills and a consultative profile.
