





**Description:** **Education/Experience:** Completed high school; Technical course in Construction, Highways, Chemistry, or related fields is desirable. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Required experience in supervising infrastructure highway (pavement) and building construction projects; Experience in construction measurement processes and technological control is desirable; Ability to interpret highway engineering designs and applicable technical standards; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Driver’s license category B; Read and interpret standards, technical specifications, and infrastructure highway and building construction designs; Complete forms and prepare reports according to the Quality Manual; Monitor and supervise on-site service execution, ensuring compliance with designs, technical specifications, and Service Inspection Procedures outlined in the Quality Manual; Monitor the receipt and proper application of materials and inputs according to the Material Inspection Plan in the Quality Manual; Monitor technological control tests according to the Testing Plan in the Quality Manual; Collect and transport to the Central Laboratory material samples used in highway construction—such as soil, crushed stone, CAUQ, asphalt binders, asphalt emulsions, granular mixtures, Portland cement concrete, among others; Ensure materials are applied according to approved Mix Design Studies and their respective working ranges/tolerances; Complete Service Release Forms; Identify and record non-conformities in service execution and propose corrective actions; Verify and validate service measurements and confirm compliance with contractual terms; Prepare daily records, technical reports, site diaries, and photographic documentation according to the Quality Manual; Monitor project progress and team productivity against activity schedules and deadlines; Verify that services are executed according to the weekly schedule approved by the CCO (Chief Construction Officer); Assist communication between site and office, ensuring accurate information flow; Verify that the worksite is properly marked with signs and cones, in accordance with the Works Signage Project and Signage Manual; Identify potential environmental and safety deviations and non-conformities, and report them to the Concessionaire’s technical team; Work in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. 2512070202191909085
