Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Cascavel, PR (Iguaçu) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor environmental licenses through the integrated management system and applicable legislation across all operational areas; * Monitor environmental department procedures, supporting daily tasks and demands to ensure compliance with applicable standards; * Assist in licensing actions/solicitations with federal, municipal, state, and local regulatory agencies, as well as internal clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation per company guidelines; * Support implementation of corporate programs and procedures related to the environmental area, as well as sustainability training; * Support organization and control of waste management: volumes generated, collection scheduling and tracking, documentation archiving for proof of proper disposal, complying with legislation; * Monitor sector-related contracts, verifying compliance with contractual clauses and reporting any discrepancies identified; * Monitor environmental assessments, analyze reports issued by contracted companies, and evaluate results against current legislation to support environmental impact studies; * Prepare reports and documents to support processes related to the company's quality management system; * Support development and implementation of documents, procedures, and workflows in accordance with company standards; * Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and definitive Brazilian Driver's License (Category B); * Technical or higher education in environmental science, biology, chemistry, or related fields (desirable); * Knowledge of environmental licensing and water rights granting processes (desirable); * Prior experience in waste management (desirable); * Experience with Quality Management Systems (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
