Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Cascavel, PR (Iguaçu) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor environmental licenses through the integrated management system and other relevant legislation across all operational areas; * Monitor environmental department procedures, supporting daily tasks and requests to ensure adherence to applicable standards; * Assist with licensing applications and submissions to federal, municipal, state, and local licensing authorities, as well as internal clients, ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance per company guidelines; * Support implementation of corporate environmental programs and procedures, including sustainability training initiatives; * Support waste management organization and oversight: tracking volumes generated, scheduling and monitoring collections, maintaining documentation proving proper waste disposal, and complying with applicable legislation; * Monitor sector contracts, verifying performance against contractual clauses and reporting any discrepancies identified; * Monitor environmental assessments, analyze reports issued by contracted service providers, and evaluate results against current legislation to support environmental impact studies; * Prepare reports and documents supporting processes related to the company’s quality management system; * Support development and implementation of documents, procedures, and workflows in accordance with company standards; * Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Technical or undergraduate degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, or related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of environmental licensing and water rights granting processes (preferred); * Prior experience in waste management (preferred); * Experience with Quality Management Systems (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and actively promote an ethical and inclusive culture.
