




Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling and following up on actions, recording complaints, providing technical assistance, controlling procedures, and supporting ISO audits. Key Highlights: 1. Support and follow-up of internal and external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits 2. Management of customer complaints and technical assistance processes 3.
