Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor report delivery according to received requests; supervise information preparation; negotiate deadlines for information provision by requesting departments and agencies; evaluate the quality of such information; and monitor data entry, ensuring report quality and timely delivery. * Perform configurations and registrations in internal and external systems, jointly with management, to ensure correct parameter application across the Institution’s offerings. * Participate in developing systemic improvements and analyzing improvement proposals that may impact finance or departmental activities. * Collaborate with academic areas on new external offerings, considering operational financial aspects and applicable legislation. * Deliver technical training and presentations (lectures) to internal and external clients to ensure proper process execution and compliance with existing regulations and legislation. * Provide clear and effective service to diverse institutional stakeholders (faculty, students, administrative staff, and external public) via in-person, telephone, and online channels, aiming for high-quality customer service. * Perform configurations and registrations of tuition fees and adjustments, jointly with management, to ensure accurate billing of monthly tuition amounts. * Determine tuition fee values per course, based on the curriculum matrix proposal, market-value definition, or adjustment, aligning with course coordinators and deans to achieve synergy between the offering and its pricing. * Address financial and billing matters related to the EaD (Distance Education) product to ensure its operation—and that of any other products incorporated into the platform—regarding finance, billing, and collections. * Update tuition fee values on PUCPR’s website, ensuring information accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in billing and projects, preferably within Distance Education institutions; * Knowledge of the Lyceum system; * Knowledge of Distance Education; * Microsoft Office suite; * Customer service experience. **What would be great to know:** * Knowledge of automation and robotic process automation; * Power BI for dashboard development; * Change management; * Customer focus; * Negotiation skills; * Creativity; * Initiative and proactivity; * Logical reasoning; * Ease in approaching customers, identifying and understanding their needs, offering them an ideal scenario, strong communication skills, and quick thinking. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across multiple sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on several factors.
