Opportunity | Allocation Analyst We are seeking an Allocation Analyst to strategically and technically manage consortium assemblies, ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational excellence throughout the entire process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ✔️ Collaborating with relevant departments to build the annual calendar of ordinary and extraordinary assemblies; ✔️ Formally notifying the partner network, customers, and other stakeholders—ensuring clarity regarding dates, times, and participation channels; ✔️ Preparing, reviewing, and standardizing assembly scripts (scripts), ensuring consistency and alignment of information; ✔️ Partnering with the Information Technology department to conduct system configuration testing for the assembly platform, guaranteeing proper platform functionality; ✔️ Segregating quotas eligible for assembly participation according to current contractual, operational, and regulatory criteria; ✔️ Calculating, validating, and verifying bid amounts—including embedded bids—ensuring accuracy and transparency of information; ✔️ Monitoring group balances and requesting pre-assembly banking, where applicable; ✔️ Ensuring notification of allocated consortium members according to assembly results; ✔️ Generating payment invoices for submitted bids, adhering to administrator rules, deadlines, and guidelines; ✔️ Managing group outstanding balances by analyzing open installments, contributing to group financial health; ✔️ Notifying cancellation of allocated quotas for members three consecutive installments in arrears, where applicable and per current regulations; ✔️ Consolidating assembly data monthly, maintaining a detailed historical record of all conducted events; ✔️ Preparing customized and management reports per brand or partner, presenting quota movements, allocations, delinquency, and relevant KPIs; ✔️ Providing technical and advisory support to internal areas (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.), as well as to customers and partners; ✔️ Clarifying questions related to assemblies, allocations, participation rules, and operational processes within the area. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** What we’re looking for in you: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Experience in bid calculation, balance control, and delinquency analysis; Familiarity with consortium systems and assembly platforms; Analytical ability to handle data and prepare management reports; Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of applied financial mathematics; Power BI experience is considered a plus; Proactive profile, strong interpersonal skills, and focus on problem resolution; Open mindset toward continuous learning and interest in self-development. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
