Develop and execute general controls for maintenance and electrical activities using the internal system (SSA), extract data, monitor KPIs, build databases, implement improvements, prepare schedules based on activity planning, monitor maintenance activity costs, apply PCM management techniques, develop and execute CEPs. Develop/update M&E technical information, conduct root cause analysis for chronic failures, deliver training on various topics, and manage contracts and spare parts procurement via the Electronic Marketplace. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. **Experience:** Prior experience in Maintenance or related areas such as Factory Engineering / Manufacturing; **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; **Language:** Basic English **Behavioral Competencies:** Problem-solving mindset, organizational ability and teamwork, initiative, sense of urgency. **Work Schedule:** 7:00 AM – 4:48 PM **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) * Intermediate English * Proven experience in Maintenance/Electrical or Engineering process improvement projects *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
