We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to directly support the deployment of a leading ERP solution within the company’s industry segment, serving mid- to large-sized clients across Brazil and Latin America. The selected candidate will join a highly specialized technical team and work side-by-side with the project manager on real-world projects from day one. The role involves hands-on immersion in the software, deep understanding of clients’ business processes, and active participation in on-site implementations—including frequent and recurring business trips to various Brazilian states, with multi-day stays at client locations as required by each project. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site ERP implementation at client sites * Perform system setup, configuration, and validation (e.g., products, customers, finance, banks, suppliers, etc.) * Support user and client team training sessions * Understand client business processes and accurately translate them into system functionality * Collaborate with the project manager throughout end-to-end implementation projects * Maintain basic documentation, reports, and activity tracking records * Assume increasing autonomy as proficiency with the system grows * Occasionally deliver remote training sessions to existing clients Requirements: * Basic knowledge of: computer systems and operating systems, networks, internet, and troubleshooting simple hardware issues * Solid familiarity with Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas, summations) * Proficiency in Word for documentation and reporting * Prior exposure to ERP systems, management systems, or corporate environments * Willingness and ability to travel frequently * Self-motivated, proactive profile with strong sense of responsibility * Aptitude for learning complex systems and business processes * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in finance, accounting, controllership, or industrial production * Academic background or experience in engineering disciplines (production, civil, electrical, computer science, etc.) * Knowledge of system implementation methodologies * Spanish language proficiency (a significant advantage due to Latin American clients) * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Benefits ️ Meal allowance starting from the first month Health and dental insurance coverage beginning after the probationary period ✈️ 100% client-covered travel expenses (flights, accommodation, meals) Variable compensation based on hours worked per project—potentially substantially increasing monthly earnings Real opportunity for high monthly income, aligned with growing autonomy and project involvement A dynamic environment offering strong professional growth, practical learning, and direct exposure to leadership A culture that values autonomy, initiative, accountability, and continuous development
