




We are looking for an IT analyst to assist us with the administration of services provided to the business. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION. You will be responsible for providing user support for requests or incidents related to IT services. You will support the company's e-commerce platform regarding questions and difficulties from customers and external sellers. You must monitor and resolve tickets through the GLPI portal. Monitor alert dashboards and tickets, taking appropriate actions as needed. Create new users in AD and ERP, verifying and assisting with permissions according to access profiles. Create email accounts in Exchange Online according to each profile. Update internal documentation and propose improvements in internal IT support processes. Monitor the network via Zabbix, creating, updating, and maintaining the tool. Report creation using Report Server Requirements: Completed degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, IT Management, or related fields.
