Job Summary: An Information Technology Technician to support and continuously improve ERPs and other systems, analyze business processes, and provide support to key users. Key Highlights: 1. Support and continuous improvement of systems such as Protheus and Senior. 2. Process analysis and systemic optimization. 3. Support for integrations and resolution of system issues. A beverage manufacturing and trading company seeks an Information Technology Technician in Cambé (Jardim Montecatini). RFK Indústria e Comércio specializes in manufacturing products for the industrial sector. With a focus on quality and innovation, the company serves diverse market demands. **Responsibilities:** Provide support and continuous improvement for the Protheus, Senior, Mercanet, and other ERP systems. Gather and document requirements from business areas. Perform system module parameterization and configuration. Analyze business processes and propose systemic optimizations. Support integrations between Protheus and other systems. Analyze errors, logs, and inconsistencies to resolve system issues. Monitor system updates and patches. Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new modules. Provide support to key users (Finance, Procurement, Tax, Inventory, Billing, Production Planning and Control - PCP). Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Specialist, Network Technician, or Technology Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
