




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for prospecting, planning, optimizing, and monitoring events, ensuring compliance and the development of new projects. Key Highlights: 1. Event planning and optimization 2. Supplier negotiation and communication monitoring 3. Development of new events and strategic relationship building * Prospect new events with the missionaries of the Organization; * \- Prepare cost estimates including transportation, accommodation, and participant fees. * \- Optimize financial resources to ensure effective prospecting. * \- Create detailed timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. * \- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. * \- Monitor event communications, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns. * \- Monitor and evaluate event success, collect feedback, and implement improvements for future events. * \- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards. * \- Provide financial accountability for each completed event to the department coordination; * \- Collaborate with coordination to implement new events, expanding the Organization's presence in other cities and increasing membership. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour break Requirements:* Strong communication and writing skills; * Organizational ability; * Professional demeanor and discretion; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Completed high school education; higher education in Events, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations or related fields is preferred.
