Specialized technical advisory services for power substations Concert Technologies currently has 02 open positions for the role of Support and Maintenance Engineer, to be deployed at Concert Engenharia’s largest unit! ### **Main Responsibilities** An engineering graduate, fully dedicated to this contract and based at the end-client’s headquarters in Curitiba/PR, will be responsible for: * Supervising and guiding field technicians; * Preparing weekly reports on activities performed by the field team; * Acting as Concert’s authorized representative, serving as the primary liaison between Concert and the end-client; * Managing necessary physical resources required for proper performance of field staff duties, including: vehicle usage, personal protective equipment (PPE), computers, accommodations, equipment, tools, materials, etc.; * Providing engineering technical advisory services and commissioning support for construction, improvement, renovation, expansion, assembly, and disassembly of substations; * Assisting in preparing and documenting technical records of activities and procedures performed by the field team and the end-client; * When required, accompanying and supporting field commissioning (TAC) conducted by the field team and the end-client for construction, improvement, renovation, expansion, assembly, and disassembly of the following assets within distribution substations located in the end-client’s concession area (Paraná): * + Medium- and high-voltage switch stations – EC – 34.5, 69, and 138 kV; + Medium- and high-voltage substations – SE – 34.5, 69, and 138 kV; + Networks * When required, accompanying and supporting factory acceptance tests (FAT) for equipment within national territory. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (any specialization) with active registration at the relevant Professional Council; * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in construction or maintenance of 69 kV or higher power substations; * Knowledge of NR10 Basic and SEP; * Proficiency in communication techniques and interpersonal relationship skills; * Advanced computer literacy (MS Project, Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer); * Strong written communication skills for report preparation; * Driver’s license – Category B; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Resilience and emotional balance * Strong results orientation * Critical thinking and structured decision-making * Organization, planning, and time management * Assertive and adaptable communication across diverse audiences * Leadership, people management, and team development ### **Benefits** * Dental plan * Flexible benefits card (Flash/Caju/Swile/others) * Transportation allowance * Fuel allowance * Gympass * Life insurance * Health insurance Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
