Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing and coordinating engineering and architectural projects, driving improvements and managing changes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in reading and analyzing engineering projects 2. Technical knowledge of building installations 3. Prior experience with construction companies/real estate developers is desirable Bachelor's degree completed in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Responsibilities: Preparation of procurement documents and procedures; review and coordination of projects; critical analysis of engineering and architectural projects; project coordination; addressing project-related requests from construction sites; promoting interdisciplinary integration among designers, suppliers, and contractors; improving projects based on field execution through site visits; analyzing and managing changes to projects and technical documentation; monitoring resolution of non-conformities related to the engineering department; mitigating project risks.
