Job Summary: Lead a point of sale, ensuring implementation of guidelines and processes while supporting the team in carrying out activities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join an award-winning group in the beauty industry **Mission**: Lead a point of sale (store/kiosk), ensuring implementation of franchisor guidelines and processes according to established standards, and supporting the team in carrying out activities. **Main Responsibilities**: * Lead the sales consultants team by: managing individual and POS performance indicators * Analyzing performance indicators * Providing ongoing individual feedback * Proposing and implementing corrective actions * Participating in online and/or in-person training sessions * Ensuring team participation in training sessions * Managing store(s) social media accounts * Ensuring inventory cleanliness * Organizing and controlling product expiration dates * Ensuring control over the store's financial cash register * Supporting store renovations/maintenance * Ensuring compliance with franchisor requirements regarding service standards, brand image, stores, staff, and all points evaluated during audits * Liaising with municipal authorities (e.g., commercial association, fire department, etc.) * Recruiting, selecting, hiring, and terminating employees * Managing employee timekeeping * Customer service and sales * Managing and participating in periodic inventory counts * Occasional participation in external events and activities, among others * Conflict resolution * And other duties **Mandatory Requirements** * Commercial leadership profile, motivated by goals and high-performance delivery * Results-oriented * Committed to continuous learning * Analytical capability * Affinity with the beauty market * Familiarity with social media * If female, enthusiasm for wearing makeup daily * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of recruitment and selection * Basic knowledge of labor laws **Desirable Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity * Proactivity * Collaborative mindset * Effective communication skills * Commitment to company standards and processes * Strong time and daily task management skills * Resilience The **Calusa Group** is a company with over 40 years of history and a franchise partner of the Boticário Group, seeking talents motivated to deliver excellence.
