You will be directly responsible for technical supervision of construction projects distributed across the states of **Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, and São Paulo**, ensuring each phase aligns with planning, design, and Vectra’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure construction schedules are updated according to actual progress; * Identify potential delays and support solution development; * Monitor and verify daily tasks, such as RDO completion; * Assist in coordination with service providers and field teams; * Identify construction needs and requirements for complementary designs, proposing solutions; * Follow up on new project issuances and coordinate design changes; * Conduct physical inspections at construction sites, ensuring alignment between design and execution; * Monitor delivery timelines for materials and equipment. **Requirements** * Organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of urgency and proactivity; * Availability to work **on-site** and travel for field monitoring; * Experience in construction projects will be considered a plus.
