**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds used in glass packaging production, ensuring precision, quality, and minimal line downtime.
* Plan and organize mold maintenance activities, defining priorities and required resources to sustain continuous production.
* Inspect and assess mold condition, checking for wear, cracks, clearances, and performance throughout the production cycle.
* Carry out cutting, welding, adjustments, and polishing of molds, ensuring extended service life and appropriate bottle finish quality.
* Document technical information regarding interventions performed, maintenance history, and mold conditions, ensuring traceability and control.
* Apply quality and environmental preservation practices, ensuring proper waste disposal and conscious use of supplies.
* Follow safety standards in all activities, preventing accidents and maintaining a safe working environment.
* Uphold area excellence programs, implementing 5S and good organizational and cleaning practices in mold maintenance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Completed High School.
* Completed Technical Education in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electromechanics.
* Prior experience with Machining Processes is desirable.
* Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Office Suite will be considered a plus.
* Availability to work on a dynamic shift schedule (6x2), with flexibility across shifts.
