Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform basic plumbing, electrical maintenance, and general repairs of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance. Repair gates, water tanks, motors, and facilities. Carry out minor repairs and painting tasks. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. \*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.730,00 \*Meal Allowance:\* R$ 17,30/day \*Transportation Allowance:\* R$ 12,00/day \*Attendance Bonus:\* R$ 114,00 (after 30 days) \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; exact schedule to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of base salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance-Based Incentive Program: Bonuses awarded every six months based on performance. \*Working Hours:\* Rotating shift — availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* Poeme Motel by Drops, R.
