Job Summary: A professional responsible for sanitation, food pre-preparation, and assisting in dish preparation, ensuring food safety and customer well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Perform food pre-preparation and salad assembly. 2. Ensure sanitation of kitchen utensils, machines, and equipment. 3. Maintain restaurant organization and assist in food restocking. Assist in proper sanitation, up to supporting dish and meal preparation under the Chef's supervision. Responsible for ensuring safe food, promoting customer health and well-being. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform pre-preparation of vegetables and produce, reviewing menu preparations under the Chef's supervision. * Carry out pre-preparation and assembly of salads, both raw and cooked, according to the daily menu. * Ensure sanitation of all utensils used in meal preparations, organizing them appropriately in their designated locations. * Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juice extractors and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitation plan for equipment, including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters, as well as internal and external kitchen and restaurant cleaning. * Maintain restaurant organization by adequately stocking tables. * Restock food items, salads, and desserts during meal hours. * Assist in tray, plate, and cutlery return, ensuring proper disposal of food and non-food waste when necessary. * Support preparation of snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly comply with company procedures per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. **We Offer:** * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC or SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) **We Value Diversity:** People with Disabilities (PCDs) are welcome here.
