




**Job Responsibilities**: \- Perform assembly and maintenance activities for equipment across all company business lines; \- Provide maintenance and technical support services to customers; \- Conduct equipment testing; \- Identify issues and perform equipment maintenance at customer sites; \- Travel for equipment assembly and installation; \- Complete reports and forms documenting equipment specifications, test results, non-conformities, and traceability; \- Complete maintenance service reports for performed services; \- Deliver operational, technical, and maintenance training on equipment to customers, ensuring proper equipment usage; \- Deliver parts and equipment to customers; \- Address customer inquiries regarding equipment operation both in person and remotely; \- Coordinate service requests with internal teams, replenish spare parts, and manage technical inventory of consumables and spares; \- Assess required materials for service interventions, either as requested by internal teams or identified at customer sites; \- Identify potential improvements at customer sites and report them to internal teams; \- Comply with safety regulations, good manufacturing and maintenance practices, and internal procedures; \- Responsible for organizing and cleaning the work area; \- Assist production and shipping operations as needed; \- Occasionally perform general maintenance tasks within the factory, including company infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, pressurization, and flow diagrams. * Basic understanding of water treatment, preferably Reverse Osmosis. * Experience with medical-hospital equipment (preferred). * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Willingness to travel. * Driver’s license category B. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills (required for training and customer interaction). * Proactivity and autonomy when providing field service. * Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate technical records. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
