Responsibilities: **The Challenge: Scaling Home Services Sales in the Brazilian E-commerce** You will join the team responsible for designing, scaling, and evolving solutions that connect products, people, and deliveries. As a Senior Front-end Developer, your mission will be to lead the technical development of systems, influence the entire squad technically, and jointly with the Engineering Manager define and establish technical standards and guidelines adopted across the squad. You’ll work within a squad with direct business visibility and contribute to decisions affecting thousands of orders and customers daily. The team prioritizes accountability and quality throughout the development lifecycle, emphasizing rapid, scalable, and resilient service availability to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Proactive monitoring, tracking, and issue resolution are essential. **️ Key Activities*** Take ownership of developing and maintaining systems under the team’s responsibility; * Collaborate with product, data, and other squads, thoroughly understanding business challenges before proposing technical solutions; * Prioritize deliveries based on impact and urgency, always focusing on customer experience; * Actively participate in technical decisions across the home services ecosystem, exercising autonomy and ownership. * Proactively monitor technical metrics; * Participate in team meetings/ceremonies; * Collaborate with leadership; * Share daily doubts and challenges with the team.
