Rapid and efficient technical troubleshooting We are currently conducting a selection process for a client company in the hospital equipment sector and seeking a **HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** to work on-site in the northern region of Paraná. The professional will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at client companies, as well as install and test new equipment. They will also be responsible for identifying failures, resolving technical issues, and ensuring equipment safety and proper operation. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Work location: Northern region of Paraná (Maringá/Londrina and surrounding cities) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital equipment; * Calibrate equipment; * Configure equipment during installation and conduct functional tests; * Identify and resolve technical problems rapidly and efficiently; * Open and update service tickets in proprietary systems for activity tracking; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in electronics, electrotechnology, mechanics, or related fields; * Prior experience in hospital equipment maintenance; * Experience in maintenance of Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) equipment—such as autoclaves—is a plus; * Basic knowledge of devices, instruments, supplies, and medical/hospital regulations, especially sterilization and infection control; * Ability to identify and recognize electronic components, parts, and part numbers (PN) in electrical schematics; * Driver’s license category B; * Full availability for travel within the operational region (northern Paraná), occasional training in São Paulo, and responding to service calls in other regions of Paraná served by the company; * Personal vehicle required for responding to service calls (reimbursement for mileage and advance payments for expenses will be provided). Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. Banked hours for overtime, settled every six months.
