Job Summary: Internship position to assist in protection and control systems for electrical substations, including project analysis, configuration development, and validation testing. Develop configuration of protection and control IEDs **Prerequisites:** Enrolled in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering – Computer Electronics, Electrical Engineering – Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering with emphasis on Industrial Electronics. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with protection and control systems for electrical substations; * Analyze and interpret functional, constructional, and logical designs; * Develop configuration of protection and control IEDs using specific software; * Conduct factory panel validation tests; * Conduct validation tests of protection, logic, and communication for IEDs on test benches and on-site at customer substations.
