Monitor construction execution to ensure budgetary compliance **Description** Responsible for preparing and analyzing electrical construction budgets, ensuring project accuracy and financial viability. Develops and updates budgets, analyzes costs, prepares quantity and pricing spreadsheets, and monitors construction execution to ensure compliance with the approved budget. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Prepare accurate and realistic construction budgets – Conduct financial feasibility studies for projects – Analyze and update budgets according to project changes – Determine the cost budget for each project item – Create necessary cost compositions – Prepare schedules and histograms – Communicate\-with the construction engineering team to adjust budgets. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical programs (Building Technician or Civil Construction Technologist) – Knowledge of cost engineering and construction budgeting – Experience in budget preparation and cost analysis – Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and budgeting tools – Planning and analytical skills – Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings – Communication and teamwork skills. – Willingness to travel
