Develops and updates budgets, analyzes costs, prepares quantity and pricing spreadsheets, and monitors construction execution to ensure compliance with the approved budget. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Prepare accurate and realistic construction budgets – Conduct financial feasibility studies for projects – Analyze and update budgets according to project changes – Determine the cost budget for each project item – Create necessary cost compositions – Prepare schedules and histograms – Communicate\-with the construction engineering team to adjust budgets. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical programs (Building Technician or Civil Construction Technologist) – Knowledge of cost engineering and construction budgeting – Experience in budget preparation and cost analysis – Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and budgeting tools – Planning and analytical skills – Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings – Communication and teamwork skills. – Willingness to travel
